The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly. The room was beautiful and well equipped. The view from the room was exceptional. The staff in the Coffee Club were very attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

location is good, not far alway from Asoke BTS; room is clean, staff is quite friendly, especially drivers of Tuktuk.

We stayed here for 5 nights and this was part of our longer trip. This service apartment has everything we need - a full kitchen, washing machine with dryer function, spacious room/bathroom and really comfy bed, shower. They did a great job a cleaning everyday after we left the room and the service definitely enhance our experience staying here. The hotel offers free tuk-tuk shuttle from hotel to the BTS (6:00-23:00) which is really convenient and ideal for family. One day we were walking back from BTS to hotel, their tuk-tuk service people recognized us and gave us a ride. We truly appreciate that, especially walking while holding a toddler in arms. The front desk service is really excellent! They helped us to book airport taxi on our check-out day. The whole trip was really smooth and basically we avoided bad traffic to arrive airport in very good timing.

The hotel was in a nice location and easy to get to from the train. The ambiance of the lobby to its floors and facilities were very professional and comfortable. The pool was lovely and clean and the gym was very well equipped. Having the coffee club, restaurant and convenience shop downstairs was great too. My room had everything you needed and the furnishings were calm and attractive (which is what enticed me to stay in the first place) it felt like a little home away from home. The hotel was lovely and clean and the housekeeping were really particular with attention to detail. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional and very helpful. I was initially greeted by Ron at reception and he was truely genuine and so helpful not to mention professional. Every day I would see him and say hello . As I kept extending my stay he was already on top of it and organised. I must say he is a huge asset to this hotel. His friendly , smiling face made my stay feel like I was welcome and cared for. Thank you Ron!

the apartment is spacious and convenient. i stayed there with my mum and her siblings. total 6 pax. the hotel has a free tuk tuk to the main road where we can walk 3mins to the BTS or MRT, which makes traveling very convenient to anywhere, airport and even Chatuchak and Jodd Fairs Night Market. service is also excellent! special mention to Boy and Atik!! just outside the hotel, you can always grab roadside stalls breakfast, lunch and dinner. there is also a hidden local market just 2mins walk from the hotel. love the street food! if you are lazy, you can always grab food to the hotel. the dining table and kitchenette serve us so well! great place to stay for families! we even walked 10mins to the park nearby for a walk in the morning due to good cooling weather the past few days. awesome view from our apartment balcony! there is always a convenient store for purchase of drinks and snacks at the hotel lobby.

Everything. From the front desk team to room service to the bellmen. Everything was exceptional. I particularly appreciated the shuttle service to the main road and the kindness of the bellmen. Don at the front desk was particularly accommodating as was Aoy (Koy) who did a great job with room service. It was very convenient to have the Lawson and Coffee Club in the hotel.

Another excellent stay at Shama Asoke, Soi 16, Sukhumvit. Due to aircraft schedule, I arrived in Bangkok at around 1000hrs thus arriving at Shama around 1100hrs. Normal checking-in time is 1400hrs but I had already requested to check-in upon arrival. This was arranged with no problems whatsoever. Very much appreciated. The staff were extremely polite and helpful; the suite in Tower A was excellent and I have already reserved a room in Tower A for February-March 2023.
